Thelma L. Wharton, President
	Thelma Wharton brings a wealth of knowledge and management experience to the leadership of the WHARTON TEAM. She serves as the overall coordinator of projects and offers intense insight into the analysis and resolution of client challenges and concerns. She has provided superior project management and brings to any client project compassion and diligence to quality completion of tasks. As the one who drives a project to completion and customer satisfaction, Ms. Wharton is well respected by the team members.
	The art of multi-tasking and managing multiple priorities is a valuable skill set that Ms. Wharton applies to her management role. She learned this skill from her years of experiences as a small business owner of Wharton Caterers, as a former administrator with the Baltimore City Public Schools and as a Claims Representative with Sun Life Insurance. She firmly believes that quality results without work consistency, effort, and attention to detail, trust and continuous customer feedback are worthless. Ms. Wharton believes that every client deserves and will get the best from a WHARTON TEAM experience. Ms. Wharton has an associate degree in Gerontology from Baltimore Community College.
